Overview

Each data dictionary contains required and optional sections including:

Metadata - frequency of runs, sources, fault tolerance, etc.
Data Dictionary - data types, mode, column names etc.
Notes - observations from the feed owner such as related data, assumptions made etc.
Assumptions - a subsection of notes covering assumptions relevant to the data collection
